Hi, I’m Kerry.

I’m an experienced content designer and copywriter who cares about how things look, sound, feel, and function. My blend of editorial precision and design thinking brings experiences to life without breaking trust or sacrificing simplicity.

I’ve held many roles, from head of content to proofreader. Currently, I’m a UX writer at Booking.com, owning the Flights search-and-book experience. I design, think, and write in ways that fit the content ecosystem, but stretch beyond the ‘must-dos’ to find opportunities to meet user and business needs.

How I work.

My time in creative services taught me the value of a well-crafted brief. In product development, that typically means a PRD and a proper kickoff discussion. Content performs best when it has a purpose, so I make it my mission to understand the ‘why.’

My process sits at the intersection of language, design, usability, and creativity, and my corporate experience roots it all in what’s good for business. I’ve tackled both 0-1 initiatives and iterative products in highly regulated, complex spaces like finance and air travel.

If you’re looking for deeper case studies of a particular type of project, simply contact me. Chances are, I’ve got something ready.
